You text the PRAX number and an automated AI assistant replies with answers about classes, studio services, hours and booking. When you would rather speak to a person, the assistant can pass your request to the PRAX team, who follow up with you.

This is a conversational, customer-care service. It is not a marketing program: we do not send promotions, offers or announcements by text.

You give consent by texting us first. PRAX does not send a message to a number that has not texted us. There is no sign-up form and no list, and sending us a text is the only way to start.

By texting the PRAX number you agree to receive replies from the automated assistant and from the PRAX team, as described on this page. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

We only reply to your messages, so frequency varies with how much you write. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. The exact keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT are confirmed by our carrier (Twilio) with one message and nothing further. Clear plain-language requests, such as “please don’t text me”, are also honoured, and we send one confirmation.
• Reply START to opt back in. UNSTOP and YES work the same way.
• Reply HELP (or INFO) for help. To reach a person, message us on Instagram at @praxhair.

Replies are written by an automated AI assistant, not by a person, and it can be wrong. Check anything important with the team. In our records, your messages and its replies may be stored for 30 days with phone numbers, email addresses and card-like numbers removed. Your number itself is stored only as a keyed one-way hash, used to remember an opt-out and to apply limits.

If you ask us to pass something to the team, the number you texted from is included in the hand-off record and email so the team can call or text you back, and is kept for 90 days in our records, along with your summary and any name or email you give. Copies of hand-off emails sit in the team’s inbox under the team’s own retention, and Twilio keeps its own message logs under its terms. Details are in our privacy policy.

We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that deliver messages and generate replies on our behalf process them only to run this service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging depends on your carrier and coverage, so a reply can arrive late or not at all.
